The 30 Day Fall Challenge is all about building consistency and momentum to finish the year strong. You’ll get 30 days of workouts designed to push you while keeping things fun and effective. Each week includes 1 live-streamed follow-along workout with me you can do right from home every Sunday. We’ll combine training with nutrition and lifestyle habits by tracking your food, hydration, and daily steps. To keep everyone engaged, you’ll compete on a live leaderboard with others in the challenge. You’ll also be added into a community chat where we’ll encourage each other, celebrate wins, and stay accountable.
